Over the last 4 weeks, Donna from the Health Improvement Team at NHS has delivered some great cooking sessions for our Ladies Wellbeing Group.

During the course of the sessions, the group have made:

  • Banana Pancakes
  • Quesadillas with Guacamole & Salsa
  • Lentil Soup
  • Spicy Arrabiata Sauce, Macaroni Cheese and Carrot Cake

While the meals were being prepared, Donna chatted to the ladies about healthy eating alternatives.

These recipes will give the ladies a good starting point for easy, healthy meal options for their families.
