We’d like to extend a big well done and warm welcome to our new volunteers who completed their training course last week.
During our volunteer training course, our new recruits learnt more about child protection, refugee and asylum issues, mental health, domestic abuse and the importance of play for child’s development.
Our volunteers are feeling well prepared to start their home-visiting support journeys, and are looking forward to being matched with families.
If you would like to join us as volunteer or hear more about volunteering opportunities we have available, please get in touch by emailing: theteam@homestartglasgowsouth.org.uk, call us on 0141 570 8735 or visit the Volunteering section on this website.
